Preliminary Menu for CAR 2010 Field School

Week 1

Day 1:

Breakfast:  Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Hash Browns, Biscuits
Dinner:  Smothered Pork Chops, Homemade Macaroni and Cheese, Green Beans, Rolls
Day 2:

Breakfast:  Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Hash Browns, Pastries
Dinner:  Hamburger Steak w/Grilled Onion, Mashed Potatoes, Brown Gravy, Broccoli/Cheese, Rolls
Day 3:

Breakfast:  Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns, Biscuits
Dinner:  Homemade Chicken Pot Pie, Rice, Corn on the Cob, Rolls
Day 4:

Breakfast:  Sausage/Egg/Potato/Cheese Breakfast Burritos, Pastries
Dinner:  Beef Stroganoff on Buttered Egg Noodles, Candied Carrots, English Peas, Roll
Day 5:

Breakfast:  Scrambled Eggs, Ham, Hash Browns, Biscuits
Dinner:  Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Green Beans, Rolls

Week 2

Day 1:

Breakfast:  Sausage and Egg Casserole, Hash Browns, Biscuits
Dinner:  BBQ Brisket, Baked Potato Casserole, Pinto Beans, Corn Bread
Day 2:

Breakfast:  Scrambled Eggs, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Hash Browns
Dinner:  Enchilada Casserole, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, Chips and Homemade Salsa
Day 3:

Breakfast:  Bacon/Egg/Potato/Cheese Breakfast Burritos, Pastries
Dinner:  Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, Salad, Garlic Bread
Day 4:

Breakfast:  Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage
Dinner:  BBQ Ribs, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Corn Bread
Day 5:

Breakfast:  Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Hash Browns, Biscuits
Dinner:  Hamburger or Cheeseburger, Chips, Cole Slaw
